PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two port connection valve with excellent durability and sealing performance and easy to work and worked in high precision, allowing easy replacement of a valve seat. SOLUTION: A valve seat 8 is formed separately from a valve body 4 of a main valve, and the valve body 4 is provided with a sealing part 9 for seating the valve seat 8. The seating part 9 is formed of an annular stepped part consisting of a base wall 41 and a peripheral wall 42, and the base wall 41 is provided with a groove part for fitting seal material 44 and the peripheral wall 42 is provided with a groove part for fitting a snap ring 47 is at the top part. The valve seat 8 is pushed against the base wall 41 to be locked, while pressing the seal material 44 with the snap ring 47.
