PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of production for cosmetic capable of sufficiently exhibiting the short time, the easy operability, the low cost and further the function of formulated fine-grain powders on a cosmetic containing fine-grain powders. SOLUTION: This method of production for cosmetic containing fine-grain powders features producing the cosmetic by dispersing a powder containing the fine-grain powders into an oil component or an aqueous component by a solid dispersion medium by the use of a batch type medium mill when the cosmetic obtained by formulating the fine-grain powders having an average particle diameter of 0.005-0.5μm is produced.
