PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysiloxane containing a quaternary ammonium salt and widely usable as a fiber-treating agent composition capable of imparting various fibers and textile products with excellent antibacterial property, softness and washing resistance. SOLUTION: The objective polysiloxane containing a quaternary ammonium salt contains at least one unit expressed by the following general formula (1) (R1 is a 1-20C substituted or non-substituted univalent organic group; R2 is a univalent organic group containing at least one quaternary ammonium salt; R3 is an organoxy group expressed by OR1; and (p) is a positive number satisfying the formula 2<=p<=2,000).
