<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated article excellent in the adhesiton of a top coating layer to an under coating layer and having high weather resistance and water resistance durable against outdoor exposure throughout a long period. SOLUTION: The coated article is formed by applying an under coating agent of the following 1 and a top coating agent of the following 11 successively on a base material. I: The under coating agent containing a compound and/or its partial hydrolyzed material expressed by the formula Six3-a and containing silyl group having a hydrolyzable group in the formula, wherein X represents the hydrolyzable group and (a) represents 0, 1 or 2 II: The top coating agent consisting essentially of a silicone resin-coating emulsion composition containing a component A. A: The silicone resin-containing emulsion obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a mixed solution containing 100 pts.wt. silanol group- containing silicone resin A-1 having the number average molecular weight of >=500 and 10-1000 pts.wt. radically polymerizable vinyl monomer A-2.</p> |
