METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CARBONIZED MATERIAL AND PYROLIZER FOR ORGANIC WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of effectively manufacturing carbonized material by drying and pyrolizing organic wastes in non-oxidative/reductive atmosphere using a low-pressure, >=normal pressure, superheated steam to carbonize and reduce the weight of the organic wastes. SOLUTION: This method manufacturing carbonized material by carbonizing and reducing weight of organic wastes, heats the organic wastes by a low- pressure, >=normal pressure, super heated steam and thermally decomposes the organic wastes to produce the carbonized material and a pyrolizer for organic waste.
