PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is excellent not only in moldability but also in softness, tensile properties, rubber elasticity, thermal fusibility, and bleed resistance of a softener. SOLUTION: A composition containing, based on the sum of ingredients A and B, (A) 20-80 wt.% hydrogenation product of a block copolymer comprising aromatic vinyl polymer blocks and conjugated diene polymer blocks and having an Mw of 100,000-450,000, (B) 80-20 wt.% hydrocarbon-base softener for rubber, and (C) 10-300 wt.% block copolymer comprising 70-10 wt.% crystalline propylene polymer blocks and 30-90 wt.% amorphous propylene-α-olefin copolymer blocks is heat treated dynamically in the presence of an organic peroxide.
