<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine wherein an optical axis bellows can follow acceleration-deceleration of a machining head to stabilize the operation and positioning operation of the machining head is smoothly performed to improve working efficiency for a work by supporting the optical axis bellows of the machining head from the lower side and also reducing frictional force exerting on the optical axis bellows. SOLUTION: The machining head 6 is connected to a laser oscillator 10 by the telescopic optical axis bellows 3 and also sliding members 12, 14, 19 small in frictional resistance are attached to the lower part of the optical axis bellows 3, the lower part of the optical axis bellows 3 is supported on a running surface 20 via the sliding members 12, 14, 19. The optical axis bellows 3 is moved on the running surface 20 via the sliding members 12, 14, 19 with the movement of the machining head 6, laser beam L oscillated from the laser oscillator 10 is propagated within the optical axis bellows 3, the work W is irradiated with the laser beams LB from the machining head 6, and whereby the prescribed laser beam machining is applied.</p> |
