<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pass-schedule deciding device for deciding the outlet-side thickness and rolling speed at each pass so that the rolling load ratio distribution at each pass is made to coincide with the target rolling load ratio distribution to a sigle stand rolling mill. SOLUTION: At the time of deciding the number of rolling passes and thickness at each pass, when the number of rolling passes is decided based on the information on raw materials and products by a means 2 for deciding the number of passes, rolling load ratio distribution which is the target at each pass is decided based on the number of rolling passes and rolling information by a rolling load ratio distribution deciding means 3, moreover, the cooling quantity of rolling rolls and materials at each pass are decided based on the rolling information by a cooling quantity deciding means 4 and the rolling speed at each pass except the final pass is decided by a rolling speed deciding means 5, based on the rolling information, the number of rolling passes, cooling quantity and the rolling speed at each pass except the final pass, the outlet-side thickness and the rolling speed at the final pass are decided by an outlet-side thickness deciding means 6 so that the target rolling load ratio distribution is made to coincide with a predicted rolling load ratio at each pass and predicted temperature of the product is made to coincide with the target temperature of the product.</p> |
