PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly melt a material to be melted (an ingot), and improve the efficiency in a casting work. SOLUTION: An ingot is heated in a fluidized furnace before melting. Since the thermal conductivity of the medium for preheat treatment is high, the material (ingot) is easy to be preheated, easily to the core too.
