PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control based on the backup data when power source is applied to recover the state at the time of the shut off of the power source depending on the content and the condition of the storage area for backup data. SOLUTION: An electrical part control means at the time of startup executes the control processing of the electric parts after executing initial preparation processing. The initial preparation processing is storing concerning a game state just before the stoppage of power supply, includes control state judging processing to judge whether control should be done or not based on the content of the backup memory retained during the stoppage of power supply and executes the control based on the content of the backup memory depending on the judging result of the control state judging processing.
