PURPOSE: A separation method of aggregate and cement using waste concrete is provided, which can restore aggregate, sand cement contained in waste concrete by crushing, washing and quenching to separate effectively into gravel, sand of original material, so that can solve various problems related previous waste concrete. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) feed waste concrete (4) into jaw crusher (1), wash by spraying water through nozzle (5) and separate through an inclined box of Y-letter (6) into waste concrete, brick, tile and ascon (asphalt-concrete); (ii) crush concrete (8) by concrete crusher (13) into small size of concrete, the concrete being heated to 600-1000deg.C and quenched by dropping to water and transfer, the heated water being dropped into a fountain box and recirculate by pump (11); (iii) crush red brick, tile and ascon by impact crusher (2) or concrete crusher (3) for using in an inhibition zone of civil-engineering work; and (iv) crush the quenched and weakened concrete by a roll crusher to a particle of less than 25mm in diameter and screen through a long screen into gravel by a first screen, sand by a second screen and the remainder of powder and cement.
