PURPOSE: A loess compound and a loess mat using the loess compound are provided to prevent the occurrence of cracks after hardened, to improve a hot insulation property and thermal conductivity, and to apply a hot-water pipe heating method. CONSTITUTION: A loess mat using a loess compound includes a base plate, a frame(60), a heat insulating sheet(50), a hot-water pipe(40), a loess compound(20), and a cover sheet(30). The frame is mounted along the edge of the base plate. The heat insulating sheet is piled up on the upper surface of the base plate. The hot-water pipe is mounted on the front surface of the heat insulating sheet. The loess compound consists of loess and fine chips of a black oak having sawdust uniformly and is filled in the frame. The cover sheet is mounted on the front surface of the loess compound.
