PURPOSE: A manual and electric scooter is provided to supply various driving experiences through driving the scooter manually and electrically. CONSTITUTION: A steering shaft(110) formed by an upper steering shaft(110a) and a lower steering shaft(110b) is arranged. A handle(113) is installed at an upper portion of the upper steering shaft, a front wheel(121) is installed at a lower end portion of the lower steering shaft. According to inserted length of the upper steering shaft, entire length of the steering shaft is decided. Moreover, a clamping iron(115) is installed at an overlapped portion of upper and lower steering shafts. The steering shaft is supported by being installed on frames(131) at a front end portion of a foot plate(130). At an end of the foot plate, a rear wheel(125) is installed. Then, a brake(135) is installed at the foot plate while covering the rear wheel. A cover(140) is installed at the steering shaft near the front wheel. Then, plural components driving a scooter in manual and electric methods are installed in the cover. In a separated state of a shaft and the front wheel, the scooter is operated manually. By rotating a rotating bracket to counterclockwise, a locking bar is inserted to a locking hole. Then, the shaft is contacted with the front wheel for driving the scooter electrically.
