PURPOSE: A method for group largess through a network is provided to make friends of a wedding-prospective person pay a portion of the cost of a commodity as the largess by publicizing the commodity selected by the wedding-prospective person to friends through a network. CONSTITUTION: A commodity provider connects to an operating server through a network using a terminal(S10). The commodity provider inputs commodity information and the operating server storing the information in a commodity information database(S20). A wedding-prospective person connects to an operating server through the network using the terminal(S30). The operating server transmits a commodity information list to the terminal of the wedding-prospective person, and the wedding-prospective person selects a commodity and a period and E-mail addresses of friends(S40). The operating server transmits E-mails having a congratulatory guiding sentence to the friends(S50). A friend connects to the operating server through the network using the terminal(S60). The operating server receives and processes paying information from the friends(S70). The operating server confirms whether the period is reached(S80). If the period is reached, the operating server compares the cost of the commodity with the sum of congratulatory money(S90). If the sum is more than the cost of the commodity, the operating server returns the balance to the wedding-prospective person(S92, S94). If the sum is less than the cost of the commodity, the operating server requests a payment of the balance to the wedding-prospective person(S92, S96). |
