PURPOSE: A foaming rubber extruder is provided to save production costs, to reduce hours of work, and to produce foaming material pipes having various sectional shapes by only one process. CONSTITUTION: A rubber extruder consists of: an extruder body(10) feeding resin compositions through a material inlet port(11); an extrusion screw(20) extruding the resin compositions by rotating horizontally in the extruder body; a screw housing(30) embedding the extrusion screw; an extrusion die(40) for the resin compositions; a power transmission unit(50) applying torque to the extrusion screw on one side of the extruder body; temperature sensors(60) measuring the temperature of the extruder body on the outer circumference of the screw housing; and a jacket(70) temporarily storing cooling water from cooling water inlet ports(71) to cool down the resin compositions according to the temperature of the extruder body. The extrusion die consists of: a first die body attached to the extruder body with a flange; a central shaft forming a foaming material from the extrusion screw in pipe shape; a separating plate fixing the central shaft in the first die body; and a second die body pressurizing the forming material with the central shaft to form a forming material pipe.
