PURPOSE: A wish fulfillment and poor neighbor help method is provided to enable a user to subscribe for a membership of a service web site, to obtain points through various activities and votes by other members, to fulfill the user's wish if the user wins the highest point, and to send a donation for poor neighbors corresponding to the point attained by the user. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user executing a web browser on a computer terminal connected to the Internet(A01), the user accessing a web server(A02), the user browsing a home page of the web server via the web browser(A03), the user inputting personal data and poor neighbors who the user wants to help(A04), the user registering the personal data at a database(A05), the user doing various activities in the home page to attain points for registering the user's wish(A06), a service provider registering the user' wish when the accumulated point is over a set reference(A07), the service provider helping the input poor neighbor, for example remitting cash(A08), the service provider making other users assess the user's wish and score the point(A09), the service provider choosing the user attaining the highest point(A10), the service provider giving a chance to fulfill the wish(A11), and the service provider offering the process or an appreciation writing on the fulfillment of the wish(A12).
