PURPOSE: A shock absorbing assistant for outsole is provided, which has injection of a viscous fluid mixed with phosphorescent pigment or luminous pigment. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing assistant for outsole comprises the parts of: (i) a cover which is made of polyurethane material by blow-forming in a mold, and has a vacuum empty room before injecting contents in it; (ii) a silicon gel of 800-1200Cp viscosity to be injected into the cover, which is prepared by reacting siloxane polymer with vinyl radical and siloxane polymer with hydrogen radical in a ratio of 1:1 in the cover. The entrance of the cover is treated with high-frequency waves to seal up after silicon gel is formed.
