PURPOSE: A method and device for realizing realtime computation and display of tissue deformation in ultrasonic imaging are provided to enable a high frame rate in histological speed imaging or distortion factor imaging by determining a distortion as a tissue deformation parameter and by accumulating estimated distortion factors for continuous frames over a certain interval. CONSTITUTION: Ultrasonic beams(144) are emitted by driving an ultrasonic vibrator(142) through a transmitter(140), an echo reflected in a human body is received with a receiver(146) and sent to a complex demodulation stage(148). Here, an echo signal is obtained in a plurality of range positions along a plurality of ultrasonic beams. However, to generate the first frame of a synthesized tissue image and a tissue movement image, echo signals obtained during the first and second periods are processed, and echo signals acquired during the second and third periods are processed to generate the second frame. Subsequently, in a tissue processing stage(149), a 2D or a 3D image is formed by a B mode processing and displayed on a monitor(154) through a display system(152).
