METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF POLYANILINES

A method of producing polyaniline which comprises reacting a seed oligomer o f an aniline with a salt of an aniline monomer and an oxidizing agent at an acidic pH; and further, a method for oxidatively coupling aniline monomer which comprises reacting a salt of said monomer with an electron acceptor in the presence of an enzyme while adding a base to the reaction to maintain th e pH in a range in which the enzymes retains its activity.
