A pair of rollers (2) is placed on a framing, said rollers serving as the seat and traction means for the form (3) to be reinforced. A pair of top press rollers (12) act upon said form while a pair of longitudinal guides (15) are in turn placed on said framing (1) laterally in relation to the framing (3) to enable parallel displacement relative to the framing (3) of a wagon (14) carrying the reel (13) that supplies the fiberglass mesh, said reel (13) being mounted on the wagon (14) and capable of rotating around the vertical axis with the purpose of changing the orientation of the glassfiber mesh relative to the form (3). While located in an end position on the guides (15), the wagon (14) supplies the reinforcement strip to the form (3) perpendicular to axis of the form. After rotating said form (3) several times, the wagon starts to displace longitudinally while the reel (13) adopts an inclined position until it reaches the opposite end of the form (1) where it returns again to a perpendicular position and then inverts its position.
