COUPLING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE FOUNDATION OF FILL METHOD USING COUPLER AND COUPLER THEREOF

PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a steel pipe pile head and a concrete foundation using a coupler coupled to the inside of a steel pipe pile is provided to simplify on field supervision for coupling the head of a steel pipe pile and a concrete foundation, to heighten the internal stress of a coupling structure against pull-out force without sectional the loss of a steel pipe pile with no necessity of boring a bolt hole for coupling the steel pipe pile and a coupler by a bolt, to install reinforcing bars easily, to maximize the internal stress of the reinforcing bars, and to simplify on the automatization of welding by welding the steel pipe pile coupler with the steel pipe pile on the outer top of the steel pipe pile. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe pile coupler(10) used for a coupling structure coupling the head of a steel pipe pile and the foundation of a structure comprises: a horizontal part(11) provided with many screw holes(13) bored downward as a circular frame having the larger outside diameter than the outside diameter of a steel pipe pile and the smaller inside diameter than the inside diameter of the steel pipe pile; and a vertical part(12) installed downward from the inside of the steel pipe pile under the horizontal part.
