<p>Present invention proposes a self-driving circuit for a DC/DC converter with low voltage, high current and high power density. The converter includes parts of transformer, output rectifier (SR1) and voltage clamper. The first configuration of this self-driving circuit consists of resisters Ra1Ra2, capacitors Ca1Ca2 and transistors Qa1, Qa2; the second configuration consists of diode Da, MOS transistor with low power SRa, auxiliary winding Nsa, time delay driving circuit and separating differential circuit for self-driving SR2. The self-driving circuit of present invention can make cross-conducting loss minimized, and converter efficiency maximized.</p> |
