PURPOSE: An interior and exterior veneer board using waste synthetic fiber and waste vinyl and a production method thereof are provided to give interior veneer board having light weight than conventional gypsum veneer board and having a good tensile force, nonflammability and insulation and soundproof properties, to absorb or protect chemical reaction by concrete through forming similar foam layer inside the product and to get exterior veneer board having a good flexibility and tensile force and lighter weight than conventional fiber veneer board. CONSTITUTION: The exterior veneer board is obtained by extruding and forming 50-70% by weight of main materials consisting of various waste synthetic resin and waste synthetic fiber, 10-20% by weight of waste natural fiber(cotton, hemp etc.), supplementary materials and 20-30% by weight of stone powder, pulp(waste paper). The interior veneer board is obtained by extruding and forming 50-70% by weight of main materials consisting of various waste synthetic resin and waste synthetic fiber, 10-20% by weight of waste natural fiber(cotton, hemp etc.), supplementary materials and 20-30% by weight of stone powder, glass fiber and nonflammable materials. The main materials are mixed with the supplementary materials and stone powder, chaff, and pulp. The exterior materials are obtained by extruding the mixture at 230-240deg.C, molding it with roller at 120-150deg.C and under the pressure of 100-150ton, cooling at 3-5deg.C and pressing it under the pressure of 200-400ton.
