PURPOSE: To suppress electric power loss in the secondary side. CONSTITUTION: A tertiary winding N3 provided on the secondary side of an isolation converter transformer PIT is wound to obtain lose coupling between a primary winding N1 provided on the primary side of the isolation converter transformer PIT and a secondary winding N2 provided on the secondary side, thus it is possible to reduce the peak current of secondary current I4 outputted from a second half-wave rectifier circuit 3 with the tertiary winding N3 of the isolation converter transformer PIT.
