<p>The present invention relates to a continuous process for the preparation of copolycarbonate resins having great advantages in preparing molding materials of intricate structure and of thin film molding materials can easily be processed at relatively low temperatures; they have excellent impact strength especially at low temperatures; and they have excellent melt flow that is 2 to 3 times that of the conventional polycarbonates. The present invention is carried out by means of a novel polycondensation process, which comprises dividing a tube type reactor into 2 steps for a continuous synthesis in a serially connected manner to simplify the production process; varying Reynols Number, Linear Viscosity and Weber Number to increase the rate of reaction for an incorporation of copolymer into the polymer backbone.</p> |
