PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic clutch structure for compressor capable of minimizing the pulley diameter without being limited by the outer diameter of a coil even in a small alignment. CONSTITUTION: In this electromagnetic clutch structure for compressor, the drive shaft 10 7 of a compressing mechanism is housed in a housing protruded to the outside through the nose part 106 of the housing, a drive rotor 142 containing the coil 143 of an electromagnetic clutch 1CL is rotatably supported on the circumference of the nose part 106 through a clutch bearing 141, and an armature plate 149 opposed to the coil 143 is interlocked and connected to the protruding end of the dive shaft 107. A pulley 161 fixed to the drive rotor 142 is arranged between a compressor body and the coil 143.
