PURPOSE: An apparatus for restoring PN(Pseudo Noise) despread data using walsh codes in an IMT-2000 system is provided to reduce the number of gates and minimize power consumption, in restoring the PN despread data of an IMT-2000 system using walsh codes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for restoring PN despread data using walsh codes in an IMT-2000 system consists of a two's complement part(210) and a multiplexing part(220). The 2's complement part(210) receives PN despread data, executes 2's complement operation for the data, divides the operated data into the data of a positive value and the data of a negative value, and outputs them to the multiplexing part(220). The multiplexing part(220), receiving the positive and negative data and a walsh code, selects either of the positive and negative data according to a state of the received walsh code, and restores the selected data using the walsh code. |
