METHOD FOR VARYING INTERFERENCE CANCELLATION WEIGHT

PURPOSE: A method for varying an interference cancellation weight is provided to vary an interference cancellation weight in the range of the values of several intermittent steps according to the variations of an error value obtained from an output port. CONSTITUTION: A user initializes an interference cancellation weight(p)(201). The user confirms an MSE(Minimum Square Error) shown in the output port of an interference canceller(202) and judges whether there has been a change(203). If a change has been generated, the user confirms whether the MSE was increased(205). If it is judged that the MSE was increased, the user checks whether the current interference cancellation weight(p) is '0'(206). In case that the current interference cancellation weight(p) is not '0', the user decreases the interference cancellation weight(p) by a level(207). However, in case that the current interference cancellation weight(p) is '0', the user maintains the current interference cancellation weight(p)(208).
