PURPOSE: An impact absorbing hood is provided to change the structure of a hood inner panel for maximizing the deformation of a hood outer panel in case of collision to absorb the impact to be applied to a walker in the hood outer panel, thereby improving the safety of the walker. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorbing hood includes a hood inner panel(11) changed into a shape having a sufficient deformation space and mounted to a hood outer panel for primarily absorbing a collision energy, a reinforcing hood inner panel(13) spot-welded to the shape-changed hood inner panel for compensating the decrease of the stiffness due to the expanding of the space, and a plurality of beads(14) formed in the reinforcing hood inner panel for inducing a plurality of concave warping for absorbing the impact energy in the reinforcing hood inner panel.
