DEVICE FOR COMPENSATING STRIP SERPENTINE FOR WELDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A strip serpentine compensator of a welding machine is provided to prevent a serpentine by installing two PADs and fixing both faces of a strip. CONSTITUTION: A strip serpentine compensator comprises an indicating unit installed a touch on/off switch to operate PADs(Paralleller Adjustment Device); an interface unit to share information of a welding machine PLC(Programming Logic Control) and upper PLCs; a paralleler(20) composed of a first PAD, a second PAD and a third Pad in an outlet pass line, an inlet upper pass line and an inlet lower pass line of a strip; a hydraulic brake(22) to brake the paralleler(20) by installing in a ball screw bar(21); a hydraulic motor(23) to rotate the ball screw bar(21); a hydraulic valve(24) operated by the PLC to control a speed of the hydraulic motor(23); an encoder(26) connected with a timing belt(25) between the hydraulic brake(22) and the hydraulic motor(23); a converter(27) to convert data of the encoder(26); a clamp(29) to fix the both faces of the strip by installing in a body(28); a first photosensor(30) to detect the end of the strip; a second photosensor(31) to detect a stopped position of the paralleler; an open proximity sensor(32) and a cross proximity sensor(33) to detect an operated state of the clamp(29). Thereby, a welding defect is prevented.
