WLL SYSTEM AND FACSIMILE SERVICE METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A WLL(Wireless Local Loop) system and facsimile service method using the same is provided to detect a facsimile tone in an FSU(Fixed Subscriber Unit) and a vocoder of an RLP(Radio Link Protocol) processing unit of a WLL processing unit, convert a service option into a facsimile call, and transmit a facsimile data at real time. CONSTITUTION: A main processing unit(42) detects a service option of a G3 facsimile/telephone requested through a base station(30). An RLP(Radio Link Protocol) processing unit(41) controls a radio data path for a G3 facsimile data service when the service option detected in the main processing unit(42) is a facsimile service. A circuit data processing unit(43) assigns a G3 facsimile modem in case that a signal outputted from the RLP processing unit(41) is a data service and sets a radio link protocol used in a radio interval. A repeating connection unit(44) is connected with the main processing unit(42) and the circuit data processing unit(43) for providing a signal and data path with a public switched telephone network(PSTN)(50).
