Organic polymeric films may serve as supporting materials for at least one photovoltaically active layer, if the supporting material consists of a polymeric material with a glass transition temperature of from 90 DEG C to 200 DEG C. The coating of the photovoltaically active layer is carried out at temperatures below the glass transition temperature and annealing is carried out at temperatures of at least 250 DEG by means of a laser.
