DEVICE FOR MANUALLY WELDING STAINLESS STRIP

PURPOSE: A device for manually welding a stainless strip is provided to prevent danger of fire by sufficiently cooling a welding part of the strip, to prevent dispersion of slag, and to arrange working equipment. CONSTITUTION: A device for manually welding a stainless strip includes an upper base(20), a cylinder(30), dispersion preventing screens(25), spray nozzles(40), and a hopper(50). The upper base is supported by a lower base(10) fixed under the device and has a hole formed at the center. The cylinder is mounted on the lower base to allow the upper base to move vertically. The dispersion preventing screens are mounted at both ends of the upper base for preventing the dispersion of slag. The spray nozzles are mounted at both inside ends of the upper base for washing and cooling a strip welding part. The hopper is disposed at a lower portion of the lower base for gathering foreign matters produced during washing.
