PURPOSE: A printing and coating method of a pattern is provided to decorate the beautiful surface and not to transform the pattern for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Specific ink is injected in a silicon roller to be carved a wanted pattern. In horizontally moving a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) chassis(10) by an automatic conveyer, the pattern is transferred on a surface by the silicon roller. A transparent coating layer is formed on the PVC chassis(10) by a coating device through a spraying method or a dipping method. The PVC chassis is thermally hardened at 170-190deg.C for 1-3minutes. Thereby, a transformation of a material is prevented.
