PURPOSE: A ring-sunroof reinforcing structure is provided to remove a drop rail of the sunroof assembly by changing a section of a ring-sunroof reinforcing structure to serve as the drop rail and reinforce the structure double by mounting a reinforcing die at a side of the ring-sunroof reinforcing structure. CONSTITUTION: A ring-sunroof reinforcing structure includes a roof panel(14) connected to a side of a sunroof(12), and a sunroof weatherstrip(16) mounted between the sunroof and the roof panel, the roof panel having an end part folded in the shape of "L" at a lower end part of the sunroof weatherstrip, wherein a ring-sunroof reinforcing die(18) is formed equal to a lower line of the roof panel to be mounted at the lower part of the roof panel and mounted with a reinforcing die(22) at a side of a lower part for dually reinforcing the structure of the ring-sunroof panel.
