PURPOSE: A cassette coupling device is provided to speedily carry out the cassette coupling work by a worker alone by removing the manual work for pushing or moving a cassette, thereby reducing required manpower and preventing safety accidents in advance. CONSTITUTION: A cassette coupling device includes a cassette part having a main base(4) mounted on a worktable(3) and connected to a cylinder(5) to move to and fro on the worktable by the cylinder, an auxiliary base(6) mounted on the worktable and having a front end part slanted downwardly and a rear end part mounted with one end of a height controlling cylinder(7), a case(8) connected to the auxiliary base via a shaft and connected to the other end of the height controlling cylinder at a rear end part to rotate with respect to the shaft by the height controlling cylinder, many wrench cylinders(10) mounted on the top surface of a case upper plate and the bottom surface of a case lower plate, an impact wrench mounted at the front ends of the wrench cylinders facing a bottom surface(2) of a raddle, a clamp driving cylinder(12) mounted on the lower plate of the case, and a clamp(13) connected to the clamp driving cylinder and having a clamp shaft interposed between and connected to the upper and lower plates for carrying out right and left clamping, and a fixing bolt part having a cassette fixing clip coupled on the bottom surface of the raddle via a clip shaft and formed with a long part and a short part by a predetermined angle interval with respect to the clip shaft for rotating with respect to the clip shaft by a cassette contacting the short part, and a fixing bolt formed in the long part penetratingly.
