PURPOSE: An apparatus for inserting and extracting a memory in a mobile terminal is provided to simply carry more memories and easily store data in a memory by making an exterior memory inserted and/or extracted. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inserting and extracting a memory in a mobile terminal is comprised of a socket(101), a memory contact part(102), a guide(103), an ejecting bar(105), and a button(107). The socket(101), which a memory(108) is inserted into, is formed at the lateral of a terminal(100). The memory contact part(102), located inside of the socket(101), contacts with the memory(108) electrically and, at the same time, gives an elastic pressure to the memory(108). The guide(103), formed in the upper and lower parts of the inside of the socket(101), guides the memory(108). Also the guide(103) fixes the memory(108) by supporting the memory(108) for the elasticity of the memory contact part(102). The ejecting bar(105) is connected with the socket(101) through a hinge(104) in order to push out an inserted memory(108). The button(107) crosslinked on the front end of the ejecting bar(105) is provided to make the ejecting bar(105) moved.
