METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING CARBON NANOTUBES HAVING HIGH PURITY

PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing carbon nanotubes having high purity is provided to prevent the generation of carbon byproduct while producing the carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) supplying reaction gas for carbonated gas to the inside of a reaction furnace to synthesize carbon nanotubes by the reaction of the carbonated gas; and (ii) immediately after the step (i), supplying argon gas or nitrogen gas to the inside of the reaction furnace to remove remaining reaction gas from the reaction furnace.
