PURPOSE: A door hinge mounting structure is provided to prevent a hinge from deflection due to load of a door thereby assuring mounting durability thereof and secure fixed clearance between a car body and a door which maintains exterior beauty. CONSTITUTION: A surface mounting part(16b) of a car body side hinge bracket(16) is engaged with and fixed to a pipe nut(24) by a screw which is in contact with the back surface of a pillar(20). The structure where the car body side hinge bracket is firmly mounted on the pillar through the pipe nut assures mounting durability of the car body side hinge bracket so as to prevent the hinge from deflection and exterior beauty from being deteriorated due thereto.
