PURPOSE: An unfolding device of an airbag in a vehicle is provided to prevent a passengers injury by installing a supporting plate in the center of the bag and discharging air into an upper panel of the bag. CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate(8) is installed in the center of a bag(5). An air passage(9) is formed to discharge air into an upper panel(6) of the bag(5) only through a specific portion. Gas to be generated by igniting through an inflator(1) is circulated by the supporting plate(8) without protruding frontward. Thereby, the bag(5) is unfolded through the air passage(9). Therefore, the reliability is improved by preventing a passengers injury.
