PURPOSE: A vehicle sunvisor fixing method is provided to assemble a sunvisor into a head lining before assembling the head lining into a roof panel, for reducing the required manpower and the assembling time period, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sunvisor fixing method includes the steps of fixing a pivot mounting cover(11) inserted into a pivot arm(2) mounted on a sunvisor main body(1) with a clip(12) on a head lining(5), and inserting and fixing the head lining into clip fixing hole(14) of a front roof rail inner lower panel(7) when assembling the clip to a roof panel(4), wherein the clip is formed with holding pieces at both sides for preventing the deviation of the clip out of the clip fixing hole.
