PURPOSE: An engine mount is provided to adjust a spring constant thereof correspondingly with the rotation frequency of an engine to reduce the engine vibration transmitted to a car body. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount comprises a speed sensor(1), an amplifying part(2), a pressurizing member(3), a fluid storage tank(4), tubes(5) and a pressurizing pump(6). The speed sensor detects the rotation frequency of an engine and changes output voltage by the detected rotation frequency of the engine. The amplifying part amplifies the voltage outputted from the speed sensor. The pressurizing member is formed in a space(17) and expands or contracts by the hydraulic pressure supplied to change the spring constant of an insulator. The fluid storage tank stores fluid to be supplied to the pressurizing member. The tubes connect the fluid storage tank with the pressurizing member. The pressurizing pump varies the pumping pressure by the voltage supplied form the amplifying part to vary the pressure of fluid supplied from the fluid storage tank to the pressurizing member.
