PURPOSE: A panel cutting apparatus of a sandwich panel cutter is provided to improve the quality of an article by allowing upper and lower rotating cutters to cut an iron plate in a minimum depth and installing a heating wire at a rear portion of the cutters. CONSTITUTION: A panel cutter(2) comprises upper and lower cutter conveyers(11a,11b) on which upper and lower rotating cutters(14a,14b) are mounted. A heating wire(17) is longitudinally connected between upper and lower cutter conveyers(11a,11b). As the power is applied to a rear side of a cutting direction, the heating wire(17) is heated. The upper and lower rotating cutters(14a,14b) cut upper and lower iron plates of a sandwich panel(SP). An inner styrofoam is cut by heating and melting the inner styrofoam.
