PURPOSE: A device for preparing a mushroom culture medium is provided, which has the following characteristics that: (i) all working processes can be carried out easily in a small space; (ii) the contamination of culture medium can be prevented by sterilizing and eliminating air contact during producing processes; and (iii) the cost of fuel can be reduced due to its high thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for preparing a mushroom culture medium comprises the parts of: (i) a main body(11) that has an input hole(13) and an output hole, and is equipped with supporters, and whose outer walls are formed dually to increase thermal efficiency; (ii) a heating part that is installed on the bottom of the main body, and supplies heat through the dual outer walls; (iii) a cooling part that is installed on the side of the heating part, supplies cooling air through the dual outer walls; (iv) a water supplying part which supplies it to the main body; (v) a mixing screw that mixes contents, and is equipped with a roller to remove massed contents inside the circumference of the main body; and (v) a discharging part that has a narrowing discharging pipe and a discharging screw. |
