PURPOSE: A wiper device is provided to quickly remove the frost on a windshield glass by inserting many PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) elements between iron cores and installing a cover in a blade. CONSTITUTION: A wiper device contains: many PTC elements(40) installed between iron cores(30) to be installed in a groove(21) of a blade(20); and a cover(50) combined lengthwise the blade(20) by inserting in a groove(22) and installed a small fan(52) to be driven by a motor(51). A discharge port(54) is formed between the cover(50) and an end(24) of the blade(20). An interval of the discharge port(54) is under 5mm. Thereby, the frost on a windshield glass is removed quickly.
