PURPOSE: Provided is a mattress including a heating part and a far infrared ray generating body, which can promote absorption of the far infrared rays in the body and be carried and installed easily. CONSTITUTION: The mattress comprises a far infrared ray radiating body composed of an electrically conductive film(11), a conductor placed on the edge of the film and electrically connected to a power supply, and far infrared ray radiating materials located inside the film, a human body sitting plate(3) placed on the top face of the radiating body to pass far infrared rays through, a shield plate(4) for cutting off the far infrared rays and heat, an artificial fur cloth(5) for covering the outside of the radiating body, the sitting plate and the shield plate piled in layers, and a thermostat controlling supply of electric current according to the heating temperature generated from the conductor.
