PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreversible circuit element, which is miniaturized and can obtain satisfactory characteristics over a wide band by enlarging the inductance component of a central conductor even when a magnetic substance is made small, and a communication equipment device using this circuit element. SOLUTION: A magnetic assembly 5 is constituted by winding two central conductors 51 and 52 around a magnetic substance 55 in the shape of parallellopiped rectangular plate so that the central conductors can mutually cross at 90 deg.. Concerning the central conductors 51 and 52, a metal wire composed of a metal material such as copper or silver is coated with an insulated resin such as polyester or polyamide.
