PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lightweight footwear having a repulsive force and treading round rods, being easy to wear. SOLUTION: The surface of a cover body formed of an elastic rubber having the treading round rods formed thereon is provided with; (a) air vent holes formed in the sides of the treading round rods, (b) a frame 4 formed in the back face and air pillows 27 stored therein in the back face recessed portions 5, and (c) an adhesive coating portion 6 in the back face and a major bottom butt-fixed thereto after adjusting a band.
