PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for artificially changing a microorganismal environment through paying attention to microorganismal environmental balance in the natural world, and to provide an antioxidant material to be used for the above method. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following practice: artificially produced antioxidant enzyme is contacted with active oxygen generated within a given range in air, soil or water to convert the microorganismal environment in the above space from septic type to aseptic type.
