PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method that conducts image correction with respect to color balance or the like and density correction to adjust the density of a print image as plurality of ways of correction processing based n the histogram of luminance as a series of processing. SOLUTION: A 1st histogram is generated for image correction processing (S10), the image correction processing such as correction color fog, contrast and saturation is conducted based on thereof (S20), and the histogram used for a density correction processing (S30) is generated on the basis of the generation of new luminance data by the image correction processing. Thus, the image correction and the density correction are conducted as a series of processing and the histogram used for the processing is efficiently generated. |
